New Customer Training Site Launched
MyRedX Training Web Site Now Available to All RedX Subscribers
Real Estate Data X-Change, Inc. ("RedX") is always looking for new ways to help its subscribers get the most value out its products and services. Today, the RedX is proud to announce the release of a new training resource tool, MyRedX.
MyRedX is designed to help current customers maximize their investment with the RedX by helping them to learn the features and benefits of the RolEDX lead manager, and answering common questions about our lead generation services. This new training website also provides current users of the RedX with access to detailed account information. Specifically a current subscriber can view their invoices, manage and update service plans, confirm areas of subscription, and verify the number of address lookups. MyRedX is a self-service tool that enables non-technical users to receive additional training on the many services we provide to help them save time and money.
This tool does require a real estate professional to be a current subscriber of RedX in order to gain access to the online training videos and call scripts.
