The RedX FSBO leads service works seamlessly within the RolEDX lead manager software system, which is included with a subscription to any RedX service. The RedX utilizes advanced web and database technologies to deliver the highest quality and quantity of FSBO leads available in the market. The RedX scours all local and national newspapers, real estate publications, and other public online sources to extract the leads in its entirety.
In addition to interfacing with the RedX lead manager, RedX FSBO leads include:
- Up-to-date FSBO lead delivery
- All Leads screened against the National Do Not Call Registry (DNC)
- Reverse phone look ups performed on each FSBO lead
- No duplicate ads distributed
- Leads screened against the Active MLS listings (required expired leads subscription)
