System Requirements

The RolEDX lead manager software is a very simple and easy-to-use system. The current version of the RoLEDX is currently compatible with Windows ME, 2000, and XP. The present version of the RoLEDX is compatible with Windows 98, however we do not support this option. Presently, the RolEDX lead management software is not compatible with Macintosh operating systems. Please be aware in order to utilize the Mail Merge feature your computer must have Microsoft Word 2000 or later installed on your computer.

The basic minimum system requirements are as follows:

  1. Windows 98, SE, 2000, XP or Vista Operating Systems
  2. Minimum 512 MB of RAM
  3. 50 MB free hard disk space
  4. Dial-up Internet Access
  5. Microsoft Word 2000
  6. Member of a Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

For best results the RedX Recommends:

  1. High speed Internet access or 256Kb/s or higher
  2. 768 MB of RAM
  3. 200 MB+ free hard disk space
  4. Microsoft Office XP or later
  5. Member of a Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
